Research and Development Capability
The Company currently has no specifically designated research
and development programme.
However, SCME, being a Company fully aware of the need to be innovative, is
flexible enough
to change and adopt the latest methods to stay ahead. To this end the Company
has invested
money building “clean test rooms” in our new office. It will eventually
have NATA
accreditation.
Quality Assurance Systems
The Company is actively preparing and seeking accreditation for
ISO 9000/2000 with the
assistance of Bureau Veritas.
The company’s Technical Director has held a position of Specialist Quality
Assurance Auditor with
BVQI for Electrical Contracting for two years.
