Ability to Form and Maintain Successful Business Agreements.

SCME has formed and maintained successful business agreements with clients. The Company
currently has various supply / service contracts for design and build and maintenance of power
systems, Australia wide. Such agreements have been in place over a period of six years. SCME
holds a recently renewed supply agreement with one of Australia’s major communications providers.
